We were looking for a space that doesn't really exist in Cambridge. The Team worked with us to find a site in a spot that we hope will work really well long term. They certainly know the Waikato well and have strong local relationships. That's two deals done now with Property Brokers nationally and no doubt there will be plenty more in the future.
